General Lee's
General Lee's pours cocktails where Man Jen Low first opened its doors in 1890, back when it was the restaurant every visitor to Los Angeles had to see. Sinatra drank here. The bar now runs across two floors of Central Plaza: DJs and a dancefloor below, a dim lounge upstairs where the mahjong tiles come out on Thursdays. The drinks take their cues from the neighborhood, with baijiu, Szechuan peppercorn, and tamarind working alongside the classics.
